SoundCast Episode 12: Oscore Noms!
Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve done a podcast session with Christopher Coleman of TrackSounds.com, but we decided to get together with Tom Hoover of ScoreNotes.com and composer and TrackSounds.com reviewer Marius Masalar to discuss the Oscar nominations this year for best score. So I hope you enjoy it and feel free to comment in the comments section below:

No, I was just refering that it seems that you say Babel won the ‘Best Picture’ Oscar and that year’s Oscar went to The Departed. Of course I know that Santaolalla won the Best score award.

Ah you should have listened to it more then because I said that it wasn’t Babel who won, but Departed.

When you say that Babel won the Oscar I just simply turned off this thing. You can’t talk about the Oscars without having an opinion based on real facts.
