Major Hosting Problems at Soundtrack Geek

Hi everyone, I was going to post a review of the video game score Legendary tonight, but instead I have some other issues I need to address. You might have noticed that my site has been really slow and even down sometimes during the last few days. It is because my webhost has some major problems with their servers. Having struggled with that the last few days have disrupted my normal schedule and my rss feed does no longer work because of it. Feedburner simply times out any feed request, so I am pretty fed up.

I am in the process of shopping for other hosts and I will change hosts during the next week or so if all goes well. It is not an easy process as I have quite a lot of stash on my current host including a lot of running domains with various blogs etc. Hopefully you won’t notice anything except that it should become faster in a few days. Speaking of, do you have any webhost recommendations? I am currently as Bluehost so any recommendation that way will earn you a kick in the backside (just kidding :P).

So there you have it folks. I do apologize for the site being slow and that the feed is not working even though it’s out of my hands. Stay with us, we’re not going away, but we’re going to get even better! For the coming days (host willing) I have a few good reviews coming like Legendary by Jack Grillo & Ricardo Hernandez, The Duchess by Rachel Portman and Babylon A.D. by Atli Örvarsson and… a special surprise (actually there are more). In other words, lots to look forward to here at Soundtrack Geek.
