It’s such a feel-good movie and who else better to make music for it than inspirational maestro Trevor Rabin. I wish this soundtrack could get a proper release. More people needs to listen to it.

Trevor Rabin tends to get a bum rap...he's not a great composer but his works tend to be enjoyable. I especially like "Armageddon." Matthew Lucas's last blog post.."I am a believer in Joy Division, fuckin' hallelujah!"

Hmm, too many to mention, but if you like the music to Grindhouse, you might like Sin City. As for classic sci-fi creature features, how classic? Look for composers Herman Stein, Henry Mancini, Hans J. Salter, Milton Rosen and Irving Gertz. They composed for quite a few 50s sci-fi movies.

So, what are your favorite movie scores / soundtracks of all-time?

Do you have any suggestions for me – scores I should check out? To be honest, I’m really looking for some b-movie kinda stuff, music similar to Grindhouse, or old classic sci-fi creature features, any ideas?
