I present you one of my all time favourite soundtrack songs. It’s from the movie The Guardian starring Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher. The movie itself was quite good, but this could have been Trevor Rabin’s proudest moment. Unfortunately this is the only song that exist on the soundtrack and I haven’t been able to verify if there are more unreleased stuff out there.
The song itself is absolutely stunning and you need to listen through it all because it’s like more songs in one. The beginning with the voice gives me chills, and then it starts to change into a song that resembles Trevor Rabin’s earlier work. This song should be on every movie score fan’s playlist. It is simply too beautiful to explain it so why don’t you listen to it and let me know what you think?

This is a song you don’t just listen to…you experience it! A Great Movie deserves a Great soundtrack!
I love this soundtrack, why isnt there the guardian score as opposed to just the soundtrack, the music in this film is beautiful but they cut it short in the soundtrack just as its getting good
it’s truly a pricless talent talent to make somthing this beautiful and profound… I have grown to dream of finding such a talent in myself. But until then, I will marvel at wonderful songs like this.
Stacy: Your dream just came through. Although Trevor Rabin doesn’t always compose masterpieces like this, he has a way to make songs beautiful.
My boyfriend is in the Coast Guard, this song inspires me while he is away to know that no matter what happens, he will always be safe.

So why is there not a full length score available? Why did they feel the need to tease?
What you made available is good, but I want more!

I love this song. I am a United States Coast Guard swimmer and this song makes you feel rested and respect all those who gave their lives protecting innocent lives.
